NEWS
Welcome to
the 2008 season with Evesham Autograss Club
*************************
Our first
meeting is fast approaching so I just wanted to inform you all of a
few points:
Radfords meeting on 10th August is now a 'fun day' and 12th October
is their Worcestershire Championship - neither of these meetings are
for Club or League points.
We had a fair turnout for pre-season track erection, thanks to all those
who attended.
The following names are on the rota for track erection on Saturday 15th
March:
Martin Baker
Brian Calder
Hayden Cox
Lee Cox
Paddington
Mark Stallard
If you are unable to attend please let Sally Stratton or Barry Holloway
know and it would be great if you
could send a replacement.
Evesham Presentation Dinner is on the 29th November at the Vale Golf
Club, Evesham
Some of you may be aware that there are are two calenders being done
to raise money for Cancer Research, one of the girls and one of the
boys! It's a fantastic way to raise money and many people have put a
lot of time and energy into this. Sally Stratton will be selling the
calenders when they are finished at both Evesham and Radford meetings
so you are welcome to pre-order them with her or buy them when they
are done, they are priced at £12 each, 2 for £10 each or
if you buy 3 and over they are £8 each. Alternatively you can
purchase them through www.autograsslaidbare.co.uk
but you will then have to pay for postage.
Members, please try and get to our first meeting in good time as at
the moment we have to do a steering test prior to scrutineering so as
much help will be needed as possible.
Many thanks and the best of luck for the 2008 season
